Under no circumstances will we tolerate abuse, hostile language or threatening behaviour towards our team, other traders or members of the public. This will result in traders being asked to leave the market immediately, with no refunds of pitch fees given.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other events beyond our control, your pitch fee will be rolled over to next year, not refunded. We will make every effort to make the call as early as possible.
Pitch fees will not be refunded if traders cancel after 29/11/2026.
Traders must remove their own rubbish from the market.
Vehicles must be off-site by 9.15am and will be allowed to re-enter the market from 3.15pm.
